Lloyd, our agent provided us with excellent customer service. This include after sales, which most agent don't bother. He returned all our calls promptly and resolved all issues on time.He made himself available at short notice for viewings and knew our details giving a personal touch to the level of service he provided us. Also, the lady who answers the call at the Mill Hill branch was very efficient in call handling and customer service more generally.Our experience from offer to exchange was seamless with Lloyd taking personal responsibility for it all when it came to liaisiing with the seller and their solicitor.This excellent service we received from Lloyd was in sharp contrast to the very poor service we received from Anscombe Stanmore where they would simply not bother to tell us or keep us up to date with our appointment requests and in one instance, did not turn up for a pre-arranged viewing with absolutely no apologies.I think you should put Lloyd from your Mill Hill office mentor the people at your Stanmore office on what a good quality customer service means.
