Outstanding support and professionilsm selling my flat in Hampstead
Before finding Anscombe & Ringland, I had tried selling my flat through two other prominent high street estate agents. The service I received from A&R was incomparable to my previous experience. I would recommend them highly for their dedication and efficiency. Above all, they have been genuinely nice and pleasant people to liaise with throughout. Their communication from the outset continued well beyond securing a contract. In fact, they kept me informed on a weekly basis with email updates and replied to my emails immediately and helpfully. Most useful were their email and text updates after every single viewing with feedback. This way I felt completely informed.Rebecca was a real pleasure to liaise with. She worked diligently to market my flat and on several occasions conducted viewings on Sundays or her days off which reflected her exceptional dedication. She was open and honest with her feedback at every stage which I appreciated very much. She was always available to help and immediately responsive as well as pursuing aspects of the sale on her own initiative. Through the negotiating and selling process she continued to uphold her high level of professionalism, ensuring she did everything to facilitate information transfer when needed. Rebecca's support was outstanding and undoubtedly allowed me to sell and buy simultaneously with the best possible experience.
Lloyd was our agent in the N3 office and after giving him our brief he found us our dream home after only two house viewings. All correspondence with Lloyd has been prompt and he was really helpful through the whole buying process, any issues we had were taken care of immediately. Overall really happy with the service at anscombes. I would definitely recommend using these guys.
Lloyd, our agent provided us with excellent customer service. This include after sales, which most agent don't bother. He returned all our calls promptly and resolved all issues on time.He made himself available at short notice for viewings and knew our details giving a personal touch to the level of service he provided us. Also, the lady who answers the call at the Mill Hill branch was very efficient in call handling and customer service more generally.Our experience from offer to exchange was seamless with Lloyd taking personal responsibility for it all when it came to liaisiing with the seller and their solicitor.This excellent service we received from Lloyd was in sharp contrast to the very poor service we received from Anscombe Stanmore where they would simply not bother to tell us or keep us up to date with our appointment requests and in one instance, did not turn up for a pre-arranged viewing with absolutely no apologies.I think you should put Lloyd from your Mill Hill office mentor the people at your Stanmore office on what a good quality customer service means.
Excellent service, very professional. Lots of regular contact and updates along the way. Accurate valuation and a real focus on seeing it through. Particularly impressed with Emily, she was a pleasure to deal with throughout.
